Specific Skills for Teaching Legal Studies



The LSA will hold a professional development day for Teachers of Legal Studies. This day is designed to assist teachers develop a variety of teaching and learning skills in Legal Studies.

The day is designed to assist teachers, be they early career teachers or experienced teachers of Legal Studies, gain valued insight into different teaching, learning and assessment strategies.  The day will be workshop focused.

It will be held on Saturday 23 June 2018 at Rydges Rosehill.

The Legal Studies Association of NSW Inc is endorsed to provide NESA Registered Professional Development for teachers accredited at Proficient Teacher. 

Completing Specific Skills for Teaching Legal Studies will contribute hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 2.1.2; 3.2.2, 3.3.2, 3.4.2, 6.2.2; and 7.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

To enable registration of this Professional Learning opportunity, please indicate your NESA number above.

To be accredited the NESA registered hours teachers must attend all sessions until 3:30pm.
