The LSA are hosting an Information Night for the New Syllabus 2027: Preliminary Legal Studies - Using case studies to teach Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples content authentically.
Experienced teachers, as well as those who are new to Legal Studies, will find this an invaluable professional development event to assist with their planning and preparation for the implementation of the Preliminary Legal Studies syllabus in 2027.
The presenters will focus on supporting teachers to understand how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives can be embedded across Preliminary Legal Studies and how these perspectives can be taught authentically, locally and in line with NESA protocols.
