Notice of Special Meeting

Dear LSA Members, 

The LSA committee voted at the 2022 Planning Day to move our AGM on an annual basis to July.

A Special Meeting is to be held, to amend the LSA Constitution, at 5pm on Monday 19th June, 2023.

Motion 1
The financial year shall conclude on the 30st of June of each year.
Purpose of the motion. This will allow the preparation of financial accounts.

Motion 2
11.1. Annual General Meeting shall be held in July each year, when the Annual Report and financial statements shall be presented.
Purpose of the motion. The Annual General Meeting will be moved to align with end of the association’s financial year and before the annual Planning Day in September or October.

Should you wish to attend the meeting, it will be held via Zoom.
